This weekend three cruise ships will dock on the Llevant Wharf. The first to arrive, on Friday 20 at 8 am from Palma of Mallorca, will be the Costa Victoria belonging to the Costa Crociere company. The vessel is 252.9 metres in length and can carry 2,394 passengers. The Costa Victoria will set sail for Marseilles at 6 pm.
The next cruise will arrive from Barcelona on Saturday 21 at 9 pm. It is the Windsurf belonging to Windstar Cruises with a length of 187 metres and accommodation for 312 passengers. The Windsurf will sail for Ibiza at 10 pm.
Finally, on Sunday 22 at 2 pm, the Port of Tarragona will receive the Costa Magica (Costa Crociere), arriving from Savona. This cruise ship is 272.19 metres in length and can carry 3,470 passengers. It will set sail for Ibiza at 8 pm.
Cruise ship passengers will be taken by coach and taxi from the cruise ship terminal to the city via the Escullera Promenade. For this reason, from midnight tonight until midnight on Sunday pedestrians will only be able to use the lane painted green on the Escullera Promenade. For the safety of pedestrians, vehicles, cyclists and skaters will not be allowed.
