The Tarragona Port Authority workforce organises the first solidarity planting for World Environment Day
Last Saturday, June 3rd, the staff of the Tarragona Port Authority marked World Environment Day with a solidarity planting session, organised by the Port Solidari solidarity committee with aid from the Department of the Environment, and in collaboration with the Onada Foundation. This is the first solidarity planting organised by the Port of Tarragona. The aim was to inform the Port Authority’s employees and family members about the activities carried out by the Onada Foundation, and be able to share some time with the staff from this Foundation.

The access point for entry to the Port of Tarragona’s Moll de Reus dock was the setting, with some forty people taking part in this solidarity planting of several plant species. A children's workshop was also held.
